The social media generation gap…

I was deeply inspired by yesterday’s tweet by EU Commissioner Neelie Kroes.

Not only institutions should use social media to engage with young people but they should encourage older people to learn how to engage on social media. The elderly can’t afford to have any more excuses for missing to adapt to new forms of communication. Social media represent the empowerment of the entire society, not a justification to an evolutionary gap between generations
