More about Terzo Tempo con Lorenzo

Terzo Tempo con Lorenzo was created in 2011 following a very severe injury to Lorenzo Follini, a passionate rugbyman from Fidenza in the North of Italy. As a result from the accident, Lorenzo is now tetraplegic and can only breathe via mechanic ventilation.

Due to this, the entire rugby community of the area of Parma has started mobilizing and cooperating in order to support this initiative. The results they have managed to achieve are impressive. These include organizing rugby 7s tournaments, setting-up medical workshops on sports-related injuries and many aggregative game-oriented activities encouraging children to understand of the importance of sports as messengers of solidarity and collaboration.
